Directions from I-84:

Take exit 39 from I-84. At the first light, take a right turn. The entrance to The Exchange will be on your left, opposite UConn Hospital.

Directions from our old location:

From the parking lot, take a right onto Farmington Ave (Rte. 4). In about 1.5 miles, take a slight right to stay on Farmington Ave (Rte. 4). In about 1 mile, take a left into The Exchange, opposite UConn Hospital.

Entrance to The Exchange:

Take an immediate left turn upon entering and follow the road along the front of the building. Park in the nearest parking space. You will see our entrance (Entrance Building One).

Aura Light Therapy, Suite 103

When you enter the building through the double doors, Aura Light Therapy is the first door on the left, (before the second set of doors). Access to Suite 103 is in the vestibule.

For entry from the FRONT of the building:

Enter Entrance Building One, nearest Butchers & Bakers restaurant and UConn Health Pharmacy Services. Go straight and take the stairs down to the lower level. Continue to the exit and pass through the first set of exit doors. Our entrance is in the vestibule on the right.
