What to Expect After Your Session

  • Mild, Temporary Discomfort: You may notice a temporary increase in dull or achy pain in the treated area. This is completely normal and usually subsides within 2 hours or less.
  • This sensation is actually a positive sign—a result of increased circulation and inflammation being flushed from the body as your system begins to rebalance and heal.
  • It is possible that pain relief comes immediately following treatment, sometimes it may take several hours or multiple treatments to make an impactful difference.

Post-Treatment Recommendations

  • Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water to help your body eliminate toxins and support circulation.
  • Listen to Your Body: If you're feeling relaxed or tired, take it easy and give your body time to process the healing effects.
  • Avoid Intense Activity: Light movement is fine, but avoid heavy workouts or strenuous activity immediately following your session.
  • Apply Heat or Gentle Stretching: If you feel any tightness or lingering discomfort, a warm compress or gentle stretching can offer relief.
